Your tutu may be wrinkled from being packed in a box and mailed to you.  Simply shake it
and fluff it.  The wrinkles will fall out and you will have a perfect fluffy tutu.  Hang it up
while you take a steamy shower to help the wrinkles fall out!  If you live in a humid area,
hang your tutu outside on a hot, humid day for a few minutes to allow the wrinkles to
fall.  If your tutu gets dirty, spot clean as necessary.

Can I resale your tutus?
No.  My tutus are not for resale at this time.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I use Paypal for all my online transactions.  Paypal accepts MasterCard, Discover, Visa and
American Express.  I also accept local checks and cash for those that live in or around
tutus
must be ordered through email @  jess@jlmcreations.com!  I will not be able to
refund shipping if you decide you would like to pick it up but ordered through the
website.

How long will it take to get my order?
I make the tutus as they are ordered so to allow for time to create and ship your tutu I
respectfully ask for 10-15 business days but in most cases they will be mailed out within 2-3

What is your return policy?
All tutus are custom made so unfortunately, i cannot accept returns or give refunds.  If
your tutu came to you and it's not what you ordered, I will gladly accept the return and
send you the correct tutu.  I take care in packaging all tutus in their boxes so they
shouldn't arrive damaged.  If for some reason they are damaged upon arrival, please
contact us within 5 days of receiving your tutu for us to be able to correct a mistake.

How will my tutu by shipped?
I ship your tutu through USPS using priority shipping.  I will also use delivery
confirmation/tracking to insure your package makes it to it's destination.   I will email you
will the tracking number when the package is sent out.
